Sonic apologizes to Sally

One evening, Sally Acorn was crying in her bed when she got home because she thought Sonic the Hedgehog hated her, so Sonic decided to apologize to her. Sonic walked up to Sally and said, "Look, Sally. I'm sorry I yelled at you and made you cry like that." "No! Go away!" Sally sobbed. "But, Sally, I said I'm sorry. It's not your fault. It's mine. I shouldn't have cheated on you like that and I shouldn't have abused you too harshly. Can you ever forgive me?" Sally stopped crying and looked at Sonic, with tears in her eyes. "Yes, you're right, Sonic." Sally sniffled. "I forgive you for making me feel sad like this." Sonic smiled and said warmingly, "Thanks, Sally. I know that Amy and I broke up with each other, just like you and Secret Squirrel broke up with each other. And that's the reason why that I still love you, Sally." Sally smiled and said to Sonic, "Oh, Sonic. I love you!" Sonic smiled back and replied, "I love you, too, Sally...always." Sally and Sonic kissed passionately and realized that they love each other, so this was the act of true love.
